just got a chiped box with 8000 + games on it from snes nes segamaster/drive ps1 32x and so on

What? Weren't you giving speeches about emulation fidelity straight from neo gaf just a few days ago?

emulators run games on hardware and this is clearly a computer with a hdmi port, what else can it be? a conglomerate of console hardware in a custom motherboard?

There was a NES, SNES and N64 machine which would use specific hardware depended on cartridge you put. I doubt it's something like that though.
