Penalty system & TUS fair play codex

Everyone knows wtf is yellow and red card in football.
I suggest penalty system for TUS.
Here is a brief list of possible rule violations and proper punishments.

Violation list:

• Insults
• Scheme rules violation
• Quitting
• etc...

Punishment list:

• Points penalty
• Forum ban (from writing)
• Ban from leagues/cups/tourneys/challenges
• Disqualification from cup
• etc...

I am for this idea, there should be something done against these kind of behaviours.

I believe that many times, people visiting forums and the site itself less are obviously not aware of general rules. As a result, we should put a greater emphasis on the translations and make it number one on the priority list. Also, the rules should not be on the Guide page, it should definately get a separate page, with the same system like the Guide, as for the translations.

Oh yea, and there should be a Rules part for each part of TUS, Leagues, Cups, Challenges.
