crashing randomly

hi guys,
I have the following problem..
my pc crashes randomly in the middle of the game, and then I can see the image just blurred but the sound is still there and the game continues..
then i press esc and i have a black screen and my pc becomes unresponsive!!

then i have to reboot my pc

i have windows 7 and the wa-windows 7 update



please help me, cause its hard to own u when im crashing out of the game always ;)

are you using the latest 3.7.2.1 update?

well i updated the game now played 1 team 17 and in the middle of the game...CRASH!  :'(

One of my clan mate had same issue. He reinstalled game and he didnt crash again like that. Just backup your user folder and reinstall the game.

can you attach a full ERRORLOG.txt if it's created?

btw, I heard about a crash issue related to Asus Xonar soundcards recently. are you using it?

i set "direct 3d 9" in the settings now it looks like i dont crash again!  :)
