Because he is the map author

Even with that, he should have specified that to Dulek when he proposed his map  :o

if you are the map author, then you can put the condition whenever you want? even if there are players who uploaded replays? i don't get it.

Not everyone understand that any sort of rules should be stated BEFORE the actual competition begins. I wonder how to explain this to him.

To clarify - I'm gonna leave the records as they are now, no need to finish specifically above the letters only. Normally, these kind of finishes I saw on other maps are for the whole lenght of the block. I see there's a vertical line inside the block that separates them in half but normally to make this more obvious, it should go even beyond that block and make a little protruding pole.

To be honest I didn't pay attention for that, but it's not that clear to see what was the author's intention. Anyway - nothing is going to be deleted, play as it is and sorry, TheMadCharles. :)
