Based on the evidence shown so far, donnie made first contact, directly. After donnie's initial message to inzsome, inzsome didn't reply for 3 days, then donnie replied on the same day saying he couldn't play for 3 days so it seems pretty equal there in terms of not being available to play, 3 days each.
However, the screenshots show that donnie was checking his mail more regularly, as he replied on the same day when inzsome replied to donnie.
Unless anyone can provide some evidence that inzsome made more effort than the messages already shown, then it's pretty clear, at least to me, that donnie made more of an effort to play his games and communicate to organize his games. It just looks to me like donnie actually cared more about getting the games done, he even appealed asking for a little more time.
The fact donnie actually let inzsome know he wasn't going to be available for 3 days, in my eyes, is a huge sign of respect, rather than just ignore and ghost people.
If it was me, based on what I've seen so far, I'd have proceeded donnie, not inzsome, I'm basing that purely on the images shown in the thread so far though.
I'll ask MonkeyIsland to see what his opinion is, even if nothing happens here, perhaps some guidelines can be thought up to help avoid this situation in future.
Personally, I try to message people and tell them to directly reply to the event page/thread to show their effort and secure their position, this holds the most priority when selecting technical wins in my eyes.
In an ideal world, all participants who sign up, would actually check the event page/thread and do their best to communicate and organize their games on a daily basis.
