Wish I could, but I keep the 10 public cups rule strictly.

But there's good news :) You can help getting cups finished! By stalking inactive/slow cup players to get off their ass and get their games done. Just pick a cup where one or two people are slowing down everybody else's progress and spam the hell out of them until they play :)

Perhaps a bit unethical, but it's not very nice of them to keep the rest waiting, is it?

Other cups have been approved before this one ? Perhaps Once Hysteria Cup #3 finishes we open this ?
