como me puedo hacer parte del torneo ,si la respuesta es en español mejor

Some spanish speaker pls e><plain him that everyone can take part at the tourney,and it's going to start on 1st March,20 pm.
And also : he can sign up only after 20 pm here on the site,he will see the pairings here on the site,he can report here.
and the games are taking part in #Ropers heaven.
