Nous PM'd me asking to play but I was in the middle of a dS Tour and by the time I finished he was gone, I haven't seen him/her since, does anyone know what hours/days he/she usually plays?

It's been brought to my attention that MarianRV has removed me from this cup and replaced me for Worm_gamer however I did not request to be replaced by Worm_gamer.

Currently I am not talking to MarianRV, because I have issues with him, because I don't want to play games I do not have to play with him he thinks he can remove me from this Cup because I don't want to associate with him when I don't have to.

MarianRV is not the only MOD of this Cup so that is not his decision to make.

I will be put back in this Cup and I will be playing my games with Nous and LeTotalKiller.

MarianRV there is a difference, I don't want to be in same game with you or talk to you because you have extremely poor sportsmanship and you annoy people, my position in dST standings has nothing to do with that.

I am not stopping you from playing dS Tours, I just don't want to play with you, you can play with other players without me.

You cannot kick me from a Cup i've already joined just because I don't want to play or talk with you through choice, if I have a Cup game vs you I will play against you, I just won't talk to you.

I've already PM'd MI requesting I get put back in this Cup, you have a chance to do that 1st.

Before your dST I even requested both Adnan and Xan to tell you that I will just play and  not gonna say anything,but you ofc must reject me.Why should I put you back in the cup,to be annoyed even more?

It is not your choice, Xans choice or Adnans choice who I do and do not want to play games with.

As I said before, if I have an official game with you, I will play you, I just won't talk to you, but if it's a game where I don't have to play with you, I won't.

If I am in this Cup or not, what does it matter to you? You already said on multiple occasions you don't care about people, you only care about points and winning, and I have evidence and chat logs to back that up.

This is YOUR fault that I don't want to play with you, I do not want to play with people who mock other players for no reason, and always tell other people to fail their turns, if you were a better human being, I would maybe respect you.

MarianRV, that isn't your choice to make, this isn't a private cup, it's a public cup, meaning it's open to anyone who wants to participate as long as they meet the requirements, which I do, TuS has official Standings and points for Cups, I am part of those standings and you cannot stop me from participating unless it's a private cup.

In future, if you don't want me to play in one of your Cups, you should make it private, you cannot host a public cup then ban someone from entering just because they don't respect you because of your poor behavior.

Edit: You can only kick me out if I refuse to play games, cheat, or insult other players, none of which I am guilty of.

And another thing, that is such a low thing to do removing LeTotalKiller as MOD just so you can try to keep me from playing, does your poor sportsmanship know no limit?

You won't, but TuS staff will, like I said, you have no valid grounds to remove me from this Cup.

I have to point this out as well:

MarianRV once was in dS, he got angry one day and quit because he lost some games Vs another dS member. Since then he has applied to join dS on numerous occasions where he has received over 50% negative votes everytime because of his poor sportsmanship and the way he treats other players, we have told him on numerous occasions if he improves his attitude towards other people then he might be able to rejoin someday, instead of doing this he only makes things worse by openly admitting he doesn't care what other people think as long as he can win games, he constantly types for other players to fail turns in dS Tours, after a few weeks of this behavior I had enough and I told him my decision is final I will never allow him to rejoin dS again, upon seeing this news his attitude gets even worse and he starts insulting players, granted I lost my temper and insulted him back in the moment, but after that Tour ended I told him I don't want to talk to him again and I will ignore him.

This is the reason why MarianRV doesn't want me to play this "Public Cup". My problem is with MarianRV, so I personally won't talk to him again if I don't have to, I don't wish to stop him participating in dS Tours, he is free to play other people, I don't have a problem with anyone else in this Cup, I will even play MarianRV if we were to meet in the Knockouts, I would just Control+F him in game.

MarianRV, you have a chance to be a bigger person right now, it's up to you to step up before MonkeyIsland gets involved.
