Sorry, but maybe not, wanna help you out here, there are some errors, and I have some suggestions you might like
No Darksiding - You are not allowed to use a hide where you cannot aim directly at your opponent 
What about if you are pushed? You aren't allowed to attempt a return shot? If you are not allowed to try a return shot I have to say that gives the 1st player a huge advantage if they manage to push for 2-3 or more turns... Imagine me getting 1st turn, and I push you every single shot, and you HAVE to move to some easy hide where I can hit you again and again, doesn't sound fair or even fun does it?
You can`t use 5 second nades unless they are whit low gravity or max bounce
4 second nades can only be performed whit low gravity/max bounce
Those rules are exactly the same so you could shorten it like this:
"You can only use 4 or 5 second grenades in the following combinations:
Low Gravity
Max bounce
Low Gravity & Max Bounce."you can use repeat shot only if you have moved or take 10 or less HP of your oponents worm (your oponent is for example 40 HP you take from him 20 HP repeat that shot and Kill your oponent you get DQ )
Should change that to this so there is no confusion:
"Repeat shots:
If you do damage of 10hp or more, you may not use that shot again until you have moved your own worm to a new hide, or your opponent has moved their own worm to a new hide.
If you do less than 10hp damage, you may try the shot again."^^ I left out the bit about being disqualified, because, accidents can happen, another punishment would be to subtract the damage you caused, from your own worm, or here's a new idea, if you break the rule, you must subtract the damage you dealt from your own worm & skip your next turn.
Just an idea, but to be disqualified for such a small accident is too harsh, i've broke the rules a few times by accident myself, it happens for various reasons, let's be fair here
no stait bazooka or 1 second grenades
Change this to:
"No bazookas aimed straight/horizontally towards the enemy
You are not allowed to use 1 second grenades to attack the enemy"^^ I say this because it's a useful tactic sometimes to use 1s nade to destroy your own land, of course you can still disallow this if you want, just a suggestion.
You are not allowed to stand on left/right ege of the map
Hmm, what exactly do you mean by this? You mean hide on the last pixels of a map, or the last hide?
I am unsure as to why you would disallow this? As long as they aren't darksiding it's their own risk/tactics?
Zero wind/1 bar winds Bazooka shots can only be performed whit Low Gravity
Great rule for zero wind zook, will make it a bit more challenging, are you sure you wanna do the same for 1 bar though, they aren't as easy it takes some skill to get those right, especially at weird angles, again, your choice mate
