It's definitely possible, but I suggest rating him as a cup moderator
after he's had the chance to mod. The prediction might come true, in which case you can always give him poor ratings or he might end up doing an alright job.

3. Take a look at the cup so far. It's unclear for you whether it is a private cup or a public one, even though it's absolutely clear what his intentions were, so he was simply unable to figure out how to make it private.
Please rate down Dmitry85 as a mod as well, then. Zippo's english is better than Dmitry's, but they can both manage and I've had several occasions where Dmitry requested a private cup, but called it an open cup, including his latest T17 cup, which recently opened.
Whenever Zippo is involved, people automatically assume the worst and act accordingly. I wasn't asking for much, beer. I was asking for people
to be reasonable and wait till he's actually done something to rate. But since that post, 7 more people have shown they are not capable of doing so.
By the way, I already told MonkeyIsland and posted this on the forum, that the ratings should only be enabled once a player finished that given cup, so then the ratings would actually mean something, you could even make an average after that.

but zippo is extreme, his reputation is soooo f@#!ed up that if b4 get a job..the man of interview look at his karma on tus, he wont get in.
