As far as I'm aware blocking stairs is integral part of the scheme.

Didnt think it was legal to block both stairs, so you have no way of getting up.. ok what do I know

Blocking stairs is strategy. If one side of stairs is blocked, go to other stairs part and then bungee yourself away. Easy huh? :P

Snake didn't skip, he just made a mistake (sheep mistake), so I think the game stays.
Teleport can be used with/without bungee.

Edit: Just saw the bungee race game, the first replay is missing, please upload it.
