As far as I'm aware blocking stairs is integral part of the scheme.

Dr Abegod:
Didnt think it was legal to block both stairs, so you have no way of getting up.. ok what do I know

Mega`Adnan:
Blocking stairs is strategy. If one side of stairs is blocked, go to other stairs part and then bungee yourself away. Easy huh? :P
