we need some sort of inquisition to destroy bs schemes, and their authors as well

IDK, but it'd be extremely dumb if it was. I hope it'd become a part of default game at some point, because not being available for everyone from the start is the only issue with it, compared to transparent names and black background.
Anyway, it's publically available at http://worms2d.info/Water_color_editor . Though it does have a "can be considered a cheat" warning when enabling (or saving?) transparency.

Don't worry, Kaleu is no stranger to cheating, hes been caught red handed cheating before, its too late for him to stop now.
