Description:
This scheming spider is the leader of the WEB, an arch-enemy of the SWS and the biggest threat to the Bin since the Great Bin War. For reasons unknown, Octeelia is bent on the destruction of the Binscape and seems to have a personal grudge against Gam. Clever, tricky and without mercy, Octeelia is truly the most dangerous opponent the SWS have ever faced! She's always coming up with more elaborate evil plans, working closely with her deputy Weevil X and her legions of brainwashed Thugg henchmen.

Now she’s voiced by me, and she has her very own speechbank!
