Do you mean "chiles" as Chili Peppers?

The pizza has no traditional peppers. Only oreganum, Calabresa Sausage (we call it LinguiƧa here), Mozzarela Cheese, and the other flavor has tomatoes and ham. It was starting to be ambient temperature when I took the photo.

By the way. I think the flavor Echiko mentioned is different from Calabresa, Diavola seems to be spicy, like Pepperoni flavor here. Calabresa hasn't a very spicy taste. I would say it's not even spicy, you feel more the taste of the meat and the fat than anything, but maybe it is a little bit spicy, however, it is far from the spiciness of Pepperoni.

 This is just a fake "Calabrese".
