Description:
The Joker soundbank from the game Batman: Arkham Asylum, voiced by Mark Hamill. The Joker talks most of the game through megaphones, hence the reverb and distance.

This is a soundbank I wanted to make using the voice of the Joker, after playing this Batman game. The voice acting is really neat, and some parts fit very nicely for Worms speeches :)
