We've had a couple of complaints regarding the use of TUS schemes and variants thereof. Browsing through the rules, there's no real mention about which scheme to use, so we need to change that :)
In principle, you
must use the TUS schemes (i.e. the schemes on this page (https://www.tus-wa.com/schemes/) with a (https://www.tus-wa.com/images/checkmark.gif) behind it).
However, you're allowed to pick a different scheme under the following conditions.
- The nature of the game is not changed by the scheme itself. For example, 5 second turns in hysteria changes the dynamic and is therefore not allowed.
- The host gives a warning before the game starts that the scheme is different.
- If you forget to mention that the scheme is different and your opponent asks for a rematch immediately after he finds out, the game is then void and must be replayed with the correct scheme, regardless of whether he quits or not.
If people can't agree on a variant of the scheme, then the official TUS scheme must be used.
We've had a little discussion amongst the mods about which schemes to allow, especially shopper has various schemes. We're going to discuss that a bit more and we'll probably have a couple of allowed official schemes then :) But we'll post more when we know more.
Of course, these rules can't be used retroactively to handle past complaints.
GJ, but sincerally i think that will be more easy if only the tus schemes should be allowed in leagues games... coz We always warn the mates and someones always complaint.
If you warn someone in the game lobby, you have logs in the User/Logs folder to prove that you warned them.
btw its modificable xD
After so much months, I'll just leave a "what a joke....".
Your post? :) pessimist :P
aaaaah Tobi, do you remember our complain about some t17 long time ago? ;D
we would win it now! 8)
Yeah Macy, that's what I meant on my post.
(Yeah yeah, call me pessimist if you want D1. :P)
Pessimists are much like hypochondriacs.
I've heard a great joke about hypochondriacs, I'll try to translate it into english:
Do u know what's written on hypochondriacs grave?
No?
It's written: "See! I've told you!"
;x

I love it. :D
Anyway, you should review the pessimist definition (or the hypochondriac one): That's pretty different. :)
EDIT:
Quote from: Ramone on March 14, 2011, 10:33 PMOr it's something that no one can understand except U cause U have supernatural powers?
Weeeeee, I now have supernatural powers ! Fly superman, fly ! ;)

Do U really think that I don't know they're different?
Do U really think that I ''should review'' ? ;o
Or it's something that no one can understand except U cause U have supernatural powers?
;O
darkone, you might want to split this out of the thread
Said it before, and I'll say it again. My T17-scheme with girders reduced to 7 should be official scheme.
Had no complaints so far. Best balanced T17 scheme there is.
IMO best solution is 1 scheme for all to use, not multiple variants per scheme. It will only be confusing and unnecessary too.
sorry HHC but I think that infinite girders is better option, because if you get really bad weapons, girders are your only chance and I'm Tory anyway :P
but to be honest I don't remember t17 game in which I have used more than 7 girders so... I don't see problem xD
and btw isn't official t17 tus scheme, scheme with 7 girders? ;o thought it is, anyway it was so far

Last time I played it vs spaazi, I had 3 petrol in a row then 3 clusters..
It would be nice, but then it's more coding for MI, that TUS league games reports only accept and approve games with right TUS scheme..
I guess that I fantasize too much... ;x
It would be nice to have the good old rule on any league back... light up and you accept map and scheme. But i guess ppl are too lame nowadays to do so. :(

That can happen with any crate scheme. I had 3 dyna's in a row in a shopper the other day. It's just coincidence, it happens now and then.
The day a t17 game is voided due to unlimited griders being used is the day i quit worms.
7 and unlimited should both be allowed.
I use HHC's scheme with unlimited griders and have no problems with it. I have no problems with someone grider blocking over and over as still manage to find a way to win. Be more creative with your weapons.
Free win reporting option was not created to let people report free win. It was created to prevent people from reporting with fake replays cause they couldn't report without a replay.
Same goes to scheme-checking thing when reporting.
