I sometimes got negative feedback in the past that the rules are too strict in these cups, and doing 1 cow shouldn't end the round right away.. so this time cowing doesn't result in losing, rather the cowing player will have to skip. Multiple cowings however, and cowing on purpose will not be allowed (:
