I gotta complaint about the third game vs free.. he quitted the game coz he didnt hide well and i was gonna kill him after his turn with a ss its was a very sure hit check the replay and see that i had the game and he quitted. im reporting if u guys say it wasnt a sure win pls erase it and i'll acceed to a rm.

I got snooper log to prove my internet never went offline during the game. Certain admins know that I don't pull disconnect stunts.
I still had rope and distance, Devilage didn't have this game, he had advantage yes. I could try plop on SD or kami draw. Pretty reasonable chances in my opinion.
That SS isn't an easy hit, it's semi trap though hittable, but not 100% easy as Devil tries to suggest.

1. Your fault was that you did not report that game with fad before the deadline expired.
2. I thought that the knockouts pairings are random with just 1st vs 2nd thing.

Until you pointed that out i thought that there are random knockouts. I think they should be randomized. What does MI think about it?

I think PR has been a good mod, and I think your rating of him as a mod is based more on your relationship with him as a fellow wormer :o I mean, what more could he have done? He has shown great commitment to the cup imo, telling different kind of people to get their games done in the shoutbox and pm`s. Besides, it is not his responsibility that people play their games, it is our responsibility. He is the host, but it is us who are playing the cups responsibility that we get the games done in time. I don`t know about the rest, but you receive a 5/5 from me PR, you`ve done a good job with this cup so far. I give you my best regards.
On a side not; no one could, or should, expect too much to be done now around christmas times, it is a time to spend with your family :-[

I have some ideas to make the next elite-cup more interesting. Here they are:
- Set the limit of players at 32.
- Groupstage is okay, each group with 4 players a good thing. Also making every game a bo3 there.
- Knockout-Stage holding at bo5, incl. finals for medals.
- It must been harder, to get into the next cup.
Following guys are not automatic in: HusH, Dieg0, cArLOmbo, Flori, sali14, Gabino, Iago, Rafka, DarKxXxLorD, Crok, Vuk, darKz;
The problem of those guys. They all joined the last cup but didnt play rly active it. So if some of those guys want to join the next cup, the have to show much better activity at all (check tus single, clanner, other tus-cups etc.)
Also not automatic in are new players, which didn't play the last elite cup. They have to hope, that one of the group 1:-4: dont join the cup. The first has the the next chance to enter.
For pairing the groups, we could take the last elite-cup as a reference. My idea, do some pre-groups like it is usual in other sports-cups.
1: Sabre, Benz, SPW, Gonzo, NaiL, WookA, JohnMcClane, Hurenmeister -> Heads of each group.
2: HHC, Crazy, Random00, Koras, dsa, pr, Dmitry85, yanme -> 2nd of each group.
3: Albino, ZiPpO, MaStEr, erdy, Free, xLo, Uber, TenoriTaiga -> 3th of each group.
4: fenrys, Xylen, devilage, twistah, Gopnick, Doritos, Alex13, Dulek -> 4th of each group.
If some of the players above wont join the next cup, just replace it with the an other one. For example: If Sabre dont join the next cup, so one for group 2: will replace him (just throw the dice) . And so on...
That means, its not possible, that Sabre and Benz (current final game) will be in the same group at the begin of the cup. Its like same in football and other sports. Its not possible, that Argentina will be in the same group like Brasil, Germany, France etc.
Its just an idea from me, but I believe, that stronger maximum amount of players (32 instead of 64) will make the next cup better, faster and at least more interesting for all players.

For pairing the groups it must be manuell. One solution: Set a time and make it with a live-cam (by picking some sheets with names on it). After that just put this video in the internet. But anyway, I would trust a guy like MI. :)

Sounds like a good idea:) No problem picking it out randomly, Tiger used to do this with his tournaments, whereas he documented everything by taking pictures which he uploaded on the forum! Tiger really knew how to host tournaments :-[

I prefer that you or pr moderate next one again. I just had some ideas to make the next cup better and more interesting. I did moderate many WO-Tourneys in the past and of course many many other Tourneys in CF. But I prefer one of you guys, I want to concentrate at my games in first. But, I could help u as a co-moderator to make the next cup bit faster. ;)

But Benz was the right one in the final coz of my sucked semi-final games. But yea, I wish I could play vs sabre in finals. ;) I was surprised about sabre's nice games vs gonzo. That series was imo the best in this cup. Two very aggressive elite-players and rly nice to watch those replays.

First off, hats off to Mister Pr for getting this big tournament finished. Secondly, even more hats off to Sabre! I shall admit, like I already did to PR, that you were not the one I expected to win this. You`re a great player, but I did not know you were this strong. Taking down Gonzo for three consecutive games is impressive though :) Still, I remember you owning Mir hard at WEL for a period, but you are even better now, congrats man 8) Benz for 2nd is no surprise, as he is an ex KTC member ;) Also congrats to SPW ofcourse, but I thought you would take home the big gold! Bronze is like bronze for Didier Cuche in alpine, and he is always the favourite (behind Aamodt and Svindal Larsen) :P
