I will get 32/40 ppl for this cup.
There will be 4/5 pots with 8 ppl in each group.
Pots will be made depending on the results of the previous cup and TUS elite classic total rank.

8 groups with 4 or 5 players.
You have to play vs each of your opponents in the group.
Games in groups are Best of 3.
In knockouts Best of 5.
Top 2 players from each group go to KO. Pretty simple.

Of course it's a slight advantage, depends on the map though, mostly.
That's why you should put BO3 when hosting. When you set that, each round is started by another player, so it's fair.

This would be why it's extremely useful to set a time and day to play your games; you don't have to be super active to get your game(s) played, but you actually *can* compete.

There are some groups where i can't decide who to proceed.
This was caused by the inactivity of several people.
1. I've set a new deadline for these groups. It's the evening of the upcoming sunday.
Try to do your best to get your games in these days. I do understand that it's easier to find an opponent in the weekend.
2. ZIPPO is banned from the next cups which I will host for taking part in the cup and abandoning it after lose.
If you knew about your future plans before you should not join this cup. Now you've f@#!ed up your group.
3. Group A: Benz, Gop, finish your game. Seems like Toxic is inactive again.
4. Gonzo is out due to inactivity. It's pretty gay situation here since Zippo decided to quit the cup and play only clanners. Dulek, erdy and MyxaH, please play again vs each other. MyxaH has more wins than you guys and I give him extra won round(not match). This may help him if there will be a draw again. I do understand that it's not your fault that Zippo quitted the cup but please understand MyxaH's point too.
5. Hurenmeister, finish your games with guys this weekend.
6. Koras, beer - arrange a game please. You both were asking for a game several times... Beer had gay internet, koras was drunken... So finish your game please. Max - monday for you, since beer is out these days.
7. John, please try to get your games done this weekend.
8. SPW, guaton, cesarvastuk and crazy - play the remaining games please. This weekend.

But what do u call Gopnick or Tox if they havent shown any sign of them except losing to random 1st games and 2nd game to dub? I started play my games in this cup a bit later then other guys but then I played 3 games in very short time. Later I tried play vs beer BUT HIS INTERNET WAS BROKEN !!!

Basically, what you're trying to say is that you didn't try everything in your power to get the games done then, isn't it?
Fact is, you both had the opportunity to play your other games, pr graciously gave you additional time past the deadline (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/deadline) and you couldn't get things done. This is not pr's fault, it is yours.

The difference between you and pr is that pr does his best to make cups run smoothly and to get all games played.
In previous and current cups, I have seen no reason to interfere with pr, because he simply does a good job handling his cups. He tries to handle complaints swiftly, he tries to get playoffs within groups played before deadlines and as you may have noticed from his last post, he remains calm despite the fact that people such as you do not.
If you're going to blame someone for leaving the cup, I'll give you the following options:
- Chakkman and Random00: for first bringing inactivity to the attention of moderators https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/announcements/getting-strict-about-cups/
- MonkeyIsland: for listening to them, but you can add me there as well, since I fully agree https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/announcements/getting-strict-about-cups/
- Yourselves because you didn't get your games played before the deadline.

Agreed. A cup not being finished because of inactive players also sucks though, especially since a maximum amount of active cups is used and other cups have to wait.
If Sabre isn't online by saturday, I'm setting the cup to finished.
