I thought it was common sense to retreat from round or restart with handicapped round, since wg was the one with disadvantage and he was the one who dropped. If you have a bad internet, you have to prepare yourself for consequences whenever you start a competitive game. Otherwise it's just points before fair play.

In a nutshell, wg should have give the victory.  He's the one who dropped anyway. He knows his internet is not good, so he should take responsibility when he drops in a competitive game like a cup game, instead forcing to do the way he benefits best.
