Sometimes Hurz or I may not be around and other people may wish to play dS Tours and might wonder how we take note of scores.
^^ The following image, is how I personally do it:

M = Mulligan
+1 = 3xBulls
If a player scored a perfect game(8x bullseyes), I would write "PG" in the appropriate box for that round.
If player scored a perfect tour(win every map), I would write PT next to their final score tally.
This is how points are allocated per Map:
2 players - 2 points for 1st / 1 point for 2nd
3 players - 3 points for 1st / 2 points for 2nd / 1 point for 3rd
4 players - 4 points for 1st / 3 points for 2nd / 2 points for 3rd / 1 point for 4th
5 players - 5 points for 1st / 4 points for 2nd / 3 points for 3rd / 2 points for 4th / 1 point for 5th
6 players - 6 points for 1st / 5 points for 2nd / 4 points for 3rd / 3 points for 4th / 2 points for 2nd / 1 point for 6th
