This pack contains various things to help Worms Armageddon work for the intended user experience.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE DOWNGRADER HERE BEFORE PROCEEDING

How to Install:
1. Make sure you have a fresh copy of WA 3.7.2.1(Steam)
2. Find the game's directory.
3. Extract the contents of the zip to the game's main directory
4. Run QuickStartPack.reg, you might need Administrator Permissions
5. Run wa-register.bat as Administrator
6. Done. Have Fun.

Troubleshooting:
- To find the game directory for Steam, go to the Library, Find WA -> Right Click it -> go to Properties... (Last Option) -> click on Local Files tab (3rd Tab) -> click Browse Local Files... (1st Button)
- If you have more than one partition in your system, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL on C:/
- If this is the first time downloading WA on a computer, run the game and quit it after you land in the main menu
.....In case of black screen, spam ESC until you land back on your desktop
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON 3.7.2.1(Steam)
- if you have WA on GOG.com, please use the patcher too as it fixes a couple of modules, but please make a backup of "steam_api.dll" and after the patcher getting finished, paste it back
- When extracting files, it's going to ask you to override WG.WGT file. It's the team file. Please make a text document with your teams if you wish to keep your rotations. IF you won't override this file you won't see all weapons.
- In case of wa-register.bat failing to register associations:
.....Check if you can open WAgame files using WA (without setting WA as default problem) AND upon right-clicking, you get extra options
.....If you don't have extra options, run WA once, quit it immediately and then run that bat again
.....If it fails again, make a .BAT file yourself - open Notepad and type ||"<WA-DIR-HERE>\WA.exe" /register|| (without "||") where <WA-DIR-HERE> is the game's directory path, and save as a .BAT file and run it with administrator
- I do not know whether this works on 3.7.2.1 or not, no one has given me feedback about it

2019-05-17 Update:
- Updated D3D9Wnd
- Re-added Snow. In case you want stars back, open wkSnow.ini with Notepad and set ForceNoSnow to 1
- Added an example configuration for RemapKeys.ini
- Changed SuperFrontendHD's configuration slightly. Now all of the frontend is tucked in one square in the middle of the game.
Modules instructions:
- For key rebinding, check RemapKeys.ini
- Use CTRL+F12 in-game to save a notable moment, up to 5 per game. A replay file will be saved in User/ReplayShark containing timestamps.
- Type /arrows in-game to get arrows pointing to all crates on the map
- In case you want stars back on the frontend, open wkSnow.ini in Notepad and set ForceNoSnow to 1
- In case of a multi-monitor setup, open wkD3D9Wnd.ini in Notepad and inside [MultiMonitor], set Enable to 1
Pack also includes:
- Missing flags and soundbanks from Steam version
- All TUS League schemes
- All worms2d.info schemes (scheme ideas not included)

A Custom Team File including:
- Default Teams with an auto-replacing flag, soundbank, and fanfare
- CPU Teams with CPU Flags
- Full Wormage unlocked
- 1-UP team with maxed out statistics

hi there, im trying to think what registry options i should have people set when installing

keep in mind, these would be applied to a freshly downloaded copy of WA, if you want to somewhat emulate the experience, use ResetRegistryOptions.reg
