Great Snooper Hoster.exe for StepS' server (WormNet is down)

Hi! I just found a bug in GS 2.2 that hosting doesn't work on StepS' alternative server (WormNet is currently doesn't allow people to join) so I fixed it fast.

Update your Hoster.exe in the folder of the snooper with the file I attached here.

There's currently a problem with a blacklist server which is used by Team17's WormNET. With that one server being "down", the blacklist check cannot be done, resulting in a "negative" response and a ban. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

That's still not a server or snooper issue, but the "limitation" of the game. I think it could be solved somehow by a wormkit module, but I am not familiar with writing those. Anyway as soon as the game will be available to reopen a game hosted by a snooper (with an update) I will make the snooper able to use this feature.
