This is the game that has temporarily replaced worms in my life. It will probably take you several runs (or "timelines") to get into it, but it will be worth it.

Why limit yourself to one game only? Worms is still gonna love you if you try something else. :D
Or do you hate turn based games in general and worms is the exception? I love turn based games, Civilization games, war games, table top games, all kinds of games are super fun turn based.

I should rephrase that lol.

I've tried several turn based games I thought looked amazing, Civ 5/6, X-COM and others but I didn't enjoy playing them, I watched my friend playing X-COM 2 and thought that looked amazing and enjoyed the story and technology, artwork, music etc, but playing it was extremely boring, Worms is the only turn based game I haven't found boring :(

Same with Civ games, I love the way it looks, the character development, but just don't enjoy turn based strategy games like that.

Some random generous and beautiful beautiful stranger just gifted me X4:Foundations after I posted on reddit asking if anyone knew of a discount website where I could purchase it cuz i'm poor af right now, next thing I know I got a DM with a key for steam :)

So i'm installing that right now and can't wait to get started, I absolutely loved X3: Terran Conflict and I see a lot of extremely positive vibes from the community :)

There are some extremely kind and generous people in the world :) I've gifted people games and stuff in the past when I had more money, it actually makes me feel warm inside to see this kind of behaviour people sharing :)
