do you remember the first gaming experience of your life?
-
Omfg what a question.. xD
-
hmmm, I was 5 years old then, this game was about Smurfs, but I was too scaried to play it (always cried when I missed and smurfs lost), so I always wanted my mom to play, and I fancied her winnings xD
The game I really remember I used to play, and was one of my first was Jazz JackRabbit.
But I had some 'easy' games on floppy disk before too, it was really beggining of pc games.

Mario bros 1 in NES ftw
-
heh good question!
I think the first proper game I remember playing was a platformer called "Alex Kidd" for the Amiga. Must have been about 3 or 4 years old!
-
Alex Kidd was on the Sega Master System or Mega Drive too, you could play it without even inserting a disk or anything. :D
My first game was Prince of Persia on one of the older Amiga systems, it was my mate's and he got Street Fighter soon after. That was f@#!ing awesome. <3

Commander Keen

Before C64, I had this console we called it tv-game. It was a big console and the game was about a ball going around the screen and there were sticks to control the ball. All black and white. I guess that must be mine if counts.

Pong?
-
Judging by the Google image on Pong, YES!!
-
Haha cool you played Pong ! Lucky you ! If I ain't mistaken that game was like "the game" to have in the 70's, and was pretty much was the start of the revolution we know as video games, at least, by helping to making them popular in the modern day family home in the 70's xD
-
i think space invaders in atari or rally-x in arcades :O

same here i think it was space invaders and combat on atari 2600

pong :)
Dunno how my dad got it. I just remember he'd take out a suitcase with a whole bunch of stuff in it and after like 30 mins we were (finally) good to go.
Then came the commodore where you had to insert tapes into a record player of some sorts to game. Pretty silly when you think of it. After that NES or Sega Master System II, not sure. And then PC, Mega Drive, PS1 and now PS3. :)

Thats my first i think. The game was about catching eggs into basket or something like that.
Dunno about "proper", something from amiga/c64/nes or arcade.
