They are not the same j0e. But joe's games will be merged.
I'm not sure it's the same guy. There used to be a guy called Ruckus from clan -V-, and he later changed his name to joe. You can see Ruckus-V- in one of joe's games. I guess only j0e (zero j0e) can tell for sure?
