This guy keeps reporting a rr that was already deleted 2 days ago, lol. I don't know if he's an ignorant and don't know the rules, or a smart ass that wants to get advantage of the late reports. He reports 2 days or 3 days late, nice try...

I guess he probably doesn't know this rule. Try informing him first.

well im sure he knows that he already reported this game, and he obviously knows how to post in complaint forums since he already has he should have posted asking why the game was gone imo, i think he just reported it again hoping no1 would notice... hes proven his bad sportsmanship we need to keep an eye on him
