EDIT: Make sure you have a definite proof of Asbest avoiding. If you decide to report a free win against him, always provide detailed chat logs.
Still, Asbest is clearly abusing the system by giving away free wins instead of actually playing. He's not even trying anymore >:(

Without any logs or screenshots you can't do anything I'm afraid.
Consider the fact that Asbest has been faked past week several times and this will just open a big hole for abuse.
