(Can everyone not involved with the game, PLEASE not reply).
After PM's, DarkOne told me I can ask another MOD.
I do not want a "free win", I would like to finish the game as in continue it from where it was left off.
Ok, so I will explain everything I can:
We played 4 games (replays attached) and after counting up from the last game, this is the killscores with handicap starting from 200hp all worms:
Komo - Dies on 97
madog - Dies on 56
avi - dies on 157
free - dies on 17
Overall, cFc - 247hp Vs mm - 226hp
I think it is extremely unfair to ask us to restart the match entirely from the beginning again as we spent 2 hours fighting off avi's evil hides, if you read the PM's between me and madog, you can tell we were tactically destroying avi's hides/banks for his "darkside" style of hiding.
Now, avirex claimed I kicked him for no reason, which is why DarkOne "decided" to void the game entirely, but I have proof that I did not kick for no reason, I kicked him knowing he would come back (everyone does) and asked him if he was calm yet, to which I receieved further, more intense "abuse", we were all a bit frustrated after playing so many games, notice I did not "close the game" so he could not rejoin, I did not prevent him from finishing the game, and it was his decision in the end to leave permanently and choose to not finish the BnG.

I propose to take a screenshot of the last map, from where it dropped, and use that as the map, with same hides, and turn order to finish.
avi, I am asking you, PLEASE can we finish this game, and put all this crap behind us, i've been keeping myself away from forums so much and I wish to continue doing so.
I would like to thank and point out that ShyGuy has been extremely supportive, calm and well mannered throughout this whole ordeal (for the BnG after this one).
I would also like to apologise to the people I lost my temper with who didn't deserve it, DarkOne mostly, I am just very very VERY passionate about BnG and fairplay and really want to sort this out once and for all.

Dude your like 25 years old or something and you seriously sometimes act like you have this retarted 12 yeard old sidekick who takes your place every now and then. I can understand passion and what how it affects to behaviour, but in this case it is not an excuse. You were just being an asshole and kept booting our player when you could just mute him and get on with the game. You keep bringing up the fact that we had to restart the game many times and how your hides were sooo much better than ours. But guess what.. that's not the f@#!ing point now is it? The point is, you acted like an true asshole and now you seek justice for your actions?

Free, if I muted him, and didn't reply to him whatsoever, his "demand" for a new map would only mean he would refuse to light, ignoring him was not an option, when avi wants something he will not stop unless he gets his way, has anyone even stopped for a minute to realise that? There is proof in ALOT of pre-game lobby chats that prove this, especially in the PO with mm vs cFc where he refused to play unless I left and didn't watch, I have the proof for this if you really really really want to go down this road...
Removing a player from a game because he was being rude and trying to be manipulative, fully knowing he will come back again, without closing the game, in an attempt to actually get his attention, is not childish, if you want to think that, even with the conversation showing him provoking me 1st by saying "new map komo" "f@#! your saved maps" then I said "it's reseeded" then he said "no komo" "new map"(The difference between saying this with as little words as possible and "please komo, can we do another map" is vast), I don't know what your social understanding of this is, but anyone talking to anyone like that is outright rude and egotistical, but fair enough if you want to pretend something else, I will not get into an arguement about this again.

I never said I don't care about that BnG nino, and I am in cFc, just not on TuS, clans are not limited to TuS, why do people keep assuming this, it's pretty close-minded.
^^ I am on the cFc Roster on cFc forums, that's all that matters.
nino, why do you think it's such a big deal I kicked avi a few times, for a good reason, yet the amount of times avi has kicked me, and refused to play in my presence seem perfectly mature to you, you are really being 2 faced about this.
avi said cFc can take the win, although I would accept this, I would much rather finish the game properly.

nino, you are defending avirex, and I don't understand how you can legitimately sit there and claim he didn't deserve it when everytime I kicked him, he came back with more and more intense abuse.
In real life, someone acts towards you, the way avi did to me, and my guess is they would get hurt, specially in your country Brazil, and if you deny this, I swear I won't talk to you ever again cuz you are just outright lying(not about avi, about what I said in that sentence in general about how people act), there are probably thousands of stories about this.

I won't tell you where you are wrong in your complaint and stuff. Let's say you are right. Let's say everything you said is correct. Let's say the correct decision is to play a rematch from where it was left off. The point is, the whole thing has got out of TUS mods hands. Avirex gave you the win 3-4 times. We can't force mm to play a rematch when they've given cFc the win.
Let's say it was possible for TUS to force mm to play the rematch instead of giving the win. Do you think that rematch would be the same way you have imagined? like mm will fight back to win? I don't think so. They will just press their space bar to satisfy you (and TUS for the force rm). It's been ruined Komo. You insisted too much that the whole point is ruined for everybody.
If you are in a bet with yourself on getting this rematch, the best way could be talk with mm in private and change their mind. I repeat even if TUS vote for a rematch, the game wouldn't be the same or make sense anymore. You can report the win.

Monkey, my point was DarkOne said the decision was to rematch and he's not going to change his decision, and we are not allowed the win, even though avi 1st said take the win, and then said mm won't play now, that's why I stopped clanning at TuS incase this happens again.
I spoke to madog, and he said he's willing to continue, but he doesn't care either way.
And trust me, I would love nothing more than to get along with avi like we used to, but he gets too irritated by me, even when I do nothing wrong, if they want to finish it, I will finish it, and I'd even promise not talk the whole game except to my partner in private, and if I break this promise, they can take the win.

komo u r getting me wrong, iam not really defending avi, iam more like defending my clan mm, cos when u kicked avi many times... ok u guys has some personal problems and he said f@#! ur maps and stuff, this made u mad, but u had no consideration for me, mablak, and free and others cfc players who was in the game, trying to finnish it, there were many others ways to solve this, the kick stuff, for sure wasnot the best way.

Every single one of you is guilty of telling people "it's just a game", yet, you all get over-dramatic, when all I done, was kick someone who was being rude, until he would stop being rude to me, theres nothing else I could do, I could not mute or ignore because then he would not light.
The whole point was to get his attention and to let him know I was not going to sit there and be abused for no reason at all because I won't do what he says and make a new map that isn't even needed or in the rules.
There was no sensation of power tripping by kicking him, there was no imaginary troll face, I wasn't smiling or laughing like a 10 year old ADD kid, and I DEFINATELY wasn't stopping him from continuing the game, he did that himself.

When I was trying to explain to you why I won't use a new map, that's when you just started repeating "no komo" "new map" over and over, and so I kicked you to get your attention, when you came back I said "calm yet avi?" you were pissed off and being insultive again so I kicked you again, you came back I said "calm yet avi?" again and you called me a c@#! lol, so I kicked you again, I was laughing my ass off btw, was fun, thanks for taking part, you've been great !

First of all, you said that darkone said the game should be voided? Then your saying darkone said there should be a rematch? Is this why you don't want to play tus clanners anymore? Your saying darkone won't change his mind away from a rematch but orginally in your first post he said the game should be voided.
I agree with the game being voided. cFc can't report a free win from this, the health difference is only 20 hp from the scores you quoted in your first post. There is the issue that you played for ages and redid 4 games plus the advantages of hides and what not. But to ask for the same map with same hides over a 20 hp difference doesn't seem logical.
If there was going to be a rematch just play from fresh, there isn't anything in the rules about restarting a bng and counting down the scores or recreating hides, this is the players choice and if they agree to this before the game it is fine. It seems this case there wasn't an agreement but there wasn't a blowout sitatution where CFC were leading by alot of hp to justify reporting a free win (assuming mm lagged out)
The behaviour between you and avi is irrelevent to the factors of the game, and so are the posts from mm and yourself about attitudes and behaviour.
Like Monkey said, what more can we do? mm don't want a rematch, we can't force them to play, they've said u can have the win if you want to report it. Also Darkone said the game should be voided. I agree with Darkone.
Either report a free win cus mm have awarded you this, or forget about this game and move on.

I think the whole point of this thread was to have a new set of eyes looking at the complaint, sir! Would be kind of silly to have to apologise for having your own opinion on the matter tbh :) Even if it does differ from other mods.

There was no sensation of power tripping by kicking him, there was no imaginary troll face, I wasn't smiling or laughing like a 10 year old ADD kid, and I DEFINATELY wasn't stopping him from continuing the game, he did that himself.
When I was trying to explain to you why I won't use a new map, that's when you just started repeating "no komo" "new map" over and over, and so I kicked you to get your attention, when you came back I said "calm yet avi?" you were pissed off and being insultive again so I kicked you again, you came back I said "calm yet avi?" again and you called me a c@#! lol, so I kicked you again, I was laughing my ass off btw, was fun, thanks for taking part, you've been great !

First of all, you said that darkone said the game should be voided? Then your saying darkone said there should be a rematch? Is this why you don't want to play tus clanners anymore? Your saying darkone won't change his mind away from a rematch but orginally in your first post he said the game should be voided.

I agree with the game being voided. cFc can't report a free win from this, the health difference is only 20 hp from the scores you quoted in your first post. There is the issue that you played for ages and redid 4 games plus the advantages of hides and what not. But to ask for the same map with same hides over a 20 hp difference doesn't seem logical.
Ok, I really don't understand why the game should be voided, thinking of this logically, it would be faster to finish if we just continue and less hassle, not to mention perfectly fair.
If there was going to be a rematch just play from fresh, there isn't anything in the rules about restarting a bng and counting down the scores or recreating hides, this is the players choice and if they agree to this before the game it is fine. It seems this case there wasn't an agreement but there wasn't a blowout sitatution where CFC were leading by alot of hp to justify reporting a free win (assuming mm lagged out)
I know it isn't a rule, it's common sense...
The behaviour between you and avi is irrelevent to the factors of the game, and so are the posts from mm and yourself about attitudes and behaviour.
Like Monkey said, what more can we do? mm don't want a rematch, we can't force them to play, they've said u can have the win if you want to report it. Also Darkone said the game should be voided. I agree with Darkone.
Either report a free win cus mm have awarded you this, or forget about this game and move on.
And this is why I have such a problem, because this decision for a "rematch" is utterly brainless and dumb(I am SORRY, but it is, seriously...) considering mm have said "we won't rematch"...
If mm won't do a rematch, and that's the MODs decision, fine, we will just take the win, can I please get confirmation from a MOD before I report it?
