so my question is, if my opponent does silly stuff like chelsea did in his first turn... going to toilet and answering a phone etc. am I supposed to just wait until he has had his fun, or can I report straight away?

really Chelsea?  We really shouldn't have to make a rule for this (MI you can decide if Chelsea's behavior warrants any punishment if you like)

In my opinion, I'd say you could probably report straight away Husk if you really wanted, if you deem the behavior excessive enough and are willing to argue it in a complaint if one arises, letting mods make the final verdict if necessary.

Still, do we really even need to see these type of complaints Chelsea or anyone else? Please stop

whats the deal, it was a joke which took like 5 min its okay imo. there are clans wasting hours of time by letting people play who keep lagging out without willing to replace them. its ttrr if someone decides to do 3 walks i dont care at all, still faster than any other scheme.
