Problem is, the avoiding rule.

we have played like 2 times man.and we never agreed to have a second pick.

2 picks are default, u need to agree if you want to play 1.

hehehehe but i guess in this case is different... taner is a good boy who likes to troll... it is hard to play vs him.
btw i guess Phanton cant avoid to noobash those players instead to looking for tus vs skilled wormers xD

The standard is 2 games - your pick and his/her pick (due to, you know, fairness, sportsmanship and all that).
If you only want to play your pick, that's fine, but tell your opponent before the game starts so he/she knows what he/she gets him/herself into.
