How is it treated? Am I forced to play in custom terrain if my opponent wants to? Or can I ask for default terrains?
Just a doubt after an opponent forced us to play on custom terrain.
I don't mind that much cause I was just spectating but that came as a legit question.

In ESL, since it is an Experimental League, I think custom Terrains should be encouraged, and always used if possible, but if a player really doesn't want to play on a new Terrain, this player shouldn't be forced to play on them.

Yes I also think it should be be encouraged but as always we fall back to default upon disagreements.

Makes sense for ESL as it is experimental, everything that is considered new or unknown by the most should be encouraged there, so we collect data and implement in professional/competitive scene.

For leagues, I prefer original terrains. Rarely I accept custom terrains in league. I have nothing against custom terrains though.
