He used sitter, repeated shots many times, used 5s without LG or Max bounce, moved the crosshair like 10 degree, refused to damage himself after each cows.
Basically broke all of the simple rules.

i think he did one repeat shot, a repeat shot is not using 4 second shots multiple times dragon, that is perfectly legal, there is absolutely no rule against that, someone can use 3 second nade all game long, if thats what they prefer, a repeat shot is when you shoot 2 shots in a row, without moving your cursor at all (re-aiming)

im not sure if this guy truly does not understand the rules, and is making an effort to learn, or if he is deliberately causing trouble in TUS... thats for MI to figure out though..

I do agree with you on the part where I shouldn't quitted, but I could swear I saw a post about BnG rules and no repeat shots meant you can use 4s grenade once in a row, then you have to change the second. But that doesn't matter.
As how the original BnG rules show, the grenade which stays on ground for 0.25 sec it is considered as COW, and he has to damage himself. He did not damage himself - COW #1
5 second nade without max bounce or Low Gravity is the second.
Also the crosshair, reaim is a very well known rule, you can't say that I'm false about that, because it is wroten on the BnG description >
- Your aim must be readjusted before every shot. Crosshair must adjust over 45 degrees from its original position before the next shot can be made. The penalty for not readjusting your aim is a Grenade or Bazooka to and from yourself in an attempt to cause the same damage you previously inflicted "Yet I should have finished the game, I agree on that, but I'm pretty sure about he would keep cowing and that would just make me lose, and he would use his perfect english to accuse me as a cheater for saying that he cowed.

I try to stay as far as possible from insulting someone, but from what I saw in TuS site about RsBruno and his game reports, also he've been faking Avirex, I didn't really want to play tus with him, but I personally think he has some mental issues or I don't know, but he's attitude is very far from "normal" I wouldn't say that he's young, since I saw him around way back then at 2008-9, and I doubt he played online games at the age under 10..
Yet, I believe people know me enough to realize that I wouldn't report a free win, because I think some points not worth that much, but if I really have to, then I have no other choice then make a rematch and ctrl+f1.

You're my buddy, but I have to agree with MonkeyIsland now, because ( it's probably just me... ) but I think confronting Bruno won't help at all, it's just inspiring him to keep trash talking, so the other members who can't stand his bullshit, they will get banned, and Bruno doesn't need to care, because he don't care about TuS enough to keep his account.
Just ignore him, people who need attention to get known will be more angry because he doesn't get the needed attention which can get him ""famous"".

Bruno is a boy who plays w:a for fun. He joined the league to get some competition but He cant understand some rules yet and also He cant speak english. I tried to teach him in many aspects and some of them He learned.
I'm sorry for all mess what He did. I have a kind of resposablity too.
I'm helping many new brazilians wormers to get how TUS works and that stuff. Bruno is not the smarter, ofc, but He is not a badass. Kinda different of a couple here. I read wormers insulting him while the games no reason and I also saw others wormers looking for trouble with him. He just doesnt know the rules and MI did right banning him, coz the TUS health is important.
Anyway I hope He can learn these things and hope his ban help him a lot.

I think his problem is related to his behaviour, not to english: i remember a clanner where he kept insulting his team mate and telling he's a noob. I know A FEW brazilians who can't speak english very well, regardless this they have a good behaviour.
