Would like an mod's opinion on what was the right call on 1st game when lag-out happened.

Opponent wanted rm with handicap which in my opinion was wrong when you take a look at the position.

1st game was pretty even and I haven't seen anyone play T17 with handicaps, always fresh rematch.
