The most famous pinga in Brazil (popular cheap one) has the slogan: "a good idea" or "is always a good idea". So if someone ever gets 51 damage in any scheme, this person can think that it's a good idea to drink a shot of 51 pinga. If I were a crazy streamer I would drink a shot of 51 each time I get 51 damage. It's not so easy, anyway. Shotgun and Zook needs fall damage. Axe will not do it most of the times.
