tel standings

Hey.I was looking at the TEL standings and I saw smt strange imo.
Franz being #2 for PO's and Zippo being #3.
Zippo have played more games this season,he has a higher winning percentage and more seasonal points.Also their overall points are almost the same (4 points higher for Franz)
so could any1 explain me why is still zippo the 3rd and not 2nd ? :D
(of course no offence for Franz or anything,just being curious)

1 3 5 7 are seasonal spots, 2 4 6 8 are overall.
