I've been using Fritz!Box7270 for years (i've even replaced it with a new one a year ago, don't ask me why) and i've noticed that download and upload speed drop after a while and i have to reboot it to make it back to normal levels, anyone has any idea about it?

Disable all services and functions you dont need.
Try to add your computer to DMZ.
Check for overheating.
Use wired connection, f@#! WiFi if you can use good old reliable cord.

I have one question. (To Xan ofc.)
Does junction metals spark in extreme cold?

Add your PC's IP in DMZ field in your router. Once done, all packets will access your PC directly, w/o internal firewalls and so on. If it wont help, turn this feature off.
Woot, Adnan?

Actually not, my father got 2 for free.

Thats it, one never get good stuff for free.

Turn off logging and monitoring services.
Lastly you can try to look for firmware update for the router on the producer's website. If there is a newer version then it might help. But you must install it through lan cable coz else youbmight brick the router :)
Ah and it might be worth to test it with another computer as well

I was talking about telephone junction box. There's a metal thingies inside the box. If this may get wet by cold breeze, does it shock (a very little) and effect the internet?

Disconnect the phone connector, disassemble this box, take a knife and make all contacts shining. Assemble it back. Unwrap this black electric tape and check what is under it. Clean and rewrap wires if neccesary. Tape it again. Test the internet. Photos of this process are welcome so i can be sure you did it right.
