yes. But what i'm saying is that to run Windows 95, not only its own portion of RAM is required, but also a lot for the emulation alone, and CPU power. On PC with a compatible processor there's no emulation involved, so you run the app normally.

I can run Windows 95 on PSP, but it barely plays Solitaire. Often it just throws a fatal error upon launching any app.

lol steps@running win95 on psp. psp is way to weak for windows, I can emulate almost every psp game with ppsspp emulator on my android device.

well there's archive of dosbox bundled with win95. it's actually the same thing triad is using.
ppsspp is a new emulator and quite buggy yet. I barely managed it to work on PC after turning off buffered rendering (otherwise nothing would run at all - the program just crashes immediately)
