What should we do with the scheme now that weapon delays work differently in 3.8? One turn delay for mine and grenade means that the second player of each team has mine and grenade available on their first turn.

1. Keep it like this. This way 2vs2 games with one worm each are similar to 1vs1 games with two worms each.
2. Add the "bazooka first" rule to the scheme description.
3. Add the "bazooka first" rule to the scheme description and another scheme file for 2vs2 games with two turn delay for mine and grenade.

I'd prefer the option 1.
