Title: Game Replay Problems
Post by: Kain on July 28, 2010, 01:27 AM
Hey Guys,

Usually when you go into your replays directory, you can right click on the games and get a bunch of options like extract map / scheme and export video... I'm not getting these options.. Any ideas on what I need to change to get them?

Thanks

Kain

What happened that you lost those options?

I went into properties and changed the default opening program to WA.exe because it was saying "Unknown" before. Once I did that, I lost the options...

Your easiest fix would be reinstalling the game.

You could add them manually:

Goto: Folder options => File types tab

1. Find and select WAGAME from the list
2. Click on advanced, on the new window click on new, and type for the 2 fields:

Repair
Action: &Repair
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /repair "%1"

Log
Action: Export &Log
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /getlog "%1"

Video
Action: Export &Video...
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /getvideo "%1"

Map
Action: Extract &Map
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /getmap "%1"

Scheme
Action: Extract &Scheme
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /getscheme "%1"

Play
Action: Playback
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /play "%1"

Playback
Action: Playback &at...
Application used: "Path_to_WA.exe" /dir "Path_to_WA_folder" /playat "%1"

Check the DDE checkbox, and type WA into Application and system into topic fields.

An example:
Action: Extract &Map
Application used: "C:\Team17\WA.exe" /dir "c:\team17" /getmap "%1"
