Title: got a problem

hey,

i got 2 problems with w:a..
1. i cant minimalize worms anymore on win7. it worked all the time.. 
2. i use wk .. and was able to host.. now i cant anymore .. dunno why. ye i got wormnat2 to wk ..
any ideas?

You don't need wormkit.exe anymore (delete it now and join by WA.exe!), only the modules, the modules are the .dll files...
Just do it:

Goto Menu > Configs > Advanced, check box "Load WormKit modules".

Edit: Fast link to WormNat2 modules:

Open the zip file, WormKit modules > WormNat2, copy the 3 .dlls and drop in your W:A folder.

I gave him direct link to WormNat2 modules... they don't updated, they work in 3.7 aswell... Please don't make him confuse.

Read what I said again... he doesn't need that, he's not on 3.6.3.10. Sm0k, I'd say simply reinstall your game for a clean patching, if you don't, the rest of old modules will crash on your game and won't allow it to work properly, or maybe just a few warnings will pop up, idk. But really, with 3.7 you don't need to download anything if you wanna start hosting again. Otherwise just go where Kaleu linked you to cause there're modules for 3.7 still... like KawooshKick

I already told you, I linked him to "WormNat2" modules ONLY, HE WILL NEED THESE MODULES TO HOST, he WON'T use the WormKit.exe, I am guiding him for 3.7!!!!!!

Alright let me help you get this straight: wormnat2 is useless for 3.7, when you upgrade to 3.7 you can host already!

Really? You're the one being confusing here, you're simply missinforming him, linking him TO WORMKIT (yes you did, read your post again) AND on that line you mentioned "wormnat2 modules" - what is that?
Again, http://worms.thecybershadow.net/wormkit/wormkit.zip is the link to wormkit -.-

?????????????????? I didn't edited, MI can check my edits and I edited only the parte where I wrote 2 modules instead of 3. This part:

I am not insulting anyone here too...
WormKit integrated? Yes, but WormNat2, no.
What makes you available to host is WormNat2 modules and packets, WormKit.exe was only a loader of these modules.
I couldnt host here without installing these modules, and so does Husk and as I wrote above, many others that I've helped.
About the message popping up, happenned to me aswell, but noone of them were wormnat2 related modules but RubberWorm and NickFix modules.
Considering that, I guide him to correct way if he CAN NOT host, like Husk and others, that could host perfectly and we played some rubber bng with 9 sec granades, lol.

About the link: Yes it comes with WormKit.exe but I perfeclty wrote that he would only drop these 3 files which are the wormnat2 modules.
I think we are done now... Maybe you has opened ports of router if its madhook i duno,

Dude I believe you, I am just making sure that these Modules DOES help YES.
Ok if you can host, I'm not saying that you was lying or something, I'm just defending myself here, because you said these modules are useless, but they aren't they helped me and others, that's all.

Yea, mistery.
We made some test and AlTarf can host normally, like lot of wormers without using wormnat.
He already told me sorry for all the discussion.

sm0k can you uninstall your W:A and go to the folder where you installed and delete manually all the files that don't get deleted, please?
Then Install your W:A again, install lastest update and then drop all these modules (modules attached), in your Worms Armageddon folder, go to advenced options and check "Load WormKit modules" then restart the game, and try hosting, please?

im still interesting why i cant minimalize my worms .. ot worked before too ..  maybe something worong with my laptop ..

I tried joining but your ip was your network's ip, not wormnat's wire ip, something is wrong.

1- Did you paste the entire folder called "Modules" or only the modules? Drop the modules there only.
2 - Host a LAN match and in the lobby type /version , look if it appears 3.7.0.0, just saying because guuuria had this issue, she updated her game but in-game still 3.6.0.0, she got it done by installing the update lot of times in a row.. good luck.

i got the folder called "modules"  and the modules are in this folder..
i checked that lan .. and i got 3.7. version

well my minimalize problem changed a bit .. with this wole modules i can minimalize .. but by returning to worms my sound is gone :/ had someone same problem? and know hot to fix it?

utterly wrong, it is NOT integrated, only the loader. you still need to have WormNAT2 for this purpose.

EDIT: I just happened to notice that "OLD" labeled wKPrivateCfg file lol :P not sure how that got in there though
an incompatible module has been calmed

what do you use for minimization, sm0k? I hope you don't run the game "As admin"? have you tried D3D9Wnd btw? It has a new method to minimize in-game, replacing the old buggy one  (i can make wkMinimizeAlternative if the default method doesn't work).

but its just weird that i could host and minimalize before and now i need some modules hmm. i still belive that something wrong with my laptop
