Latest streaming software

Could someone please fill me in on the latest streaming software, just got my internet connection, 40 down 10 up, enough for streaming :)

Since I spectate all the time I may as well make good use of it :)

I'm a complete noob at streaming, so advice and what settings to use etc would be appreciated :)

2200 bitrate, full resolution, 30 FPS. You need capture the monitor instead of the game so you better have 2 monitors...

Make sure to stream at 50 FPS when playing WA.

That will make the stream lag for some viewers, no?

Recently twitch introduced streaming qualities like YT does... 480p30fps and below and 720p60fps and above

game capture works ok on 1 monitor it is just a pain to set up
