Title: Never Fix my graphics settings

Hello everyone,

I have 1,200 hours gaming play on steam but i never  played very well now i have windows 10 and it is worst now please some one help me to fix my sceen settings and play clearly my best game :( 

My graphic card is nvidia gtx 1050
Intel i3 6100 3.7
8 gb dd4 ram

I fix it my graphics setting everything is okey now but i have 0.25 sec delay and my worms drop faster :(

if I have these settings, but it is still impossible to rope on my new notebook, then bad luck? :( somehow everything is slower, i mean key reactions for example. but there is a setting when key reactions are ok, but everything is lagging :/
