Hi!
I have two problems in wa.
First thing is when i push combination up arrow+ left arrow+ space, then block. Can it be unlock?
Second thing is it when I minimalize game i can't restore it and i must off game because i can't do anything with it.

The first problem is called ghosting, also known as "keylock" among WA players. It's a hardware limitation of your keyboard. You can bypass it by remapping your spacebar to, say, Alt or Shift (AutoHotKey will do the job), or buying another keyboard.

1 - It's a hardware issue, you can't do anything about this, but you can switch your space to another button by using some key remapper or buying a modern antighosting keyboard;
2 - Are you running W:A as admin? (Windows 7/8) Don't do it. Have you Installed the lastest update (3.7.2.1) ?
By the way, don't install your game in the 'program files' folder, install it in the default directory! (C:\Team17\Worms Armageddon). Otherwise you must run the game as admin.

vicious cycle if you install into program files indeed :D
don't do it and run it normally.
PS: btw the admin maximize issue can also be solved with D3D9wnd (dunno why )

Yep, when i don't do it i can't save things... worms team name etc.
but i can minimalize. Thanks :D

Don't install the game in the 'program and files' folder, until you do that running as admin will not be needed, good that I could help you!

it is better for aero system :) while minimizing, not flashing screen as many times, on slow computers is terribly annoying, time-consuming, sometimes end up spoiling colors ;)

colors can not be spoiled on 3.7.x anymore, unless you purposefully enable 8-bit rendering, which you shouldn't do.
minimization is also smooth now (almost instant) on 3.7.2.1
