Title: Weird windows 7 issue...

Worms works for me but when i'm playing in game it lags intermittently every few seconds for a split second, disrupts my roping/shooting.  Anybody ever heard of this issue or know what it can be?  If its a gfx issue I use dual 9800gtx nvidia gfx cards (very outdated).
