Playing wxw with Throsti and for some reason after I used a weapon from rope, I immediately lost my turn also, which also started to happen with Throsti but only few turns in...

We restarted and problem was gone.

Weird, I couldn't find the shoppa with 0 second retreat in TUS schemes. Did you download ShoppaCWC? Because this is the main TUS scheme. If yes, then there must be some kinda sorcery that made it's retreat times to 0 ....

He could use mines, as their retreat time is always 5s or more regardless of lower values set by the scheme.
Nades still had 0s retreat (as shown in the last turn).
