The main concept:

1. There should be 1 or 2 PR managers on the site (so managing advertisements). These people: should have decent English skills, big knowledge of TUS and should be clear with the upcoming updates.

2. They create a newsletter a few days before the updates actually take place or it might be any other time. When they are done, they save the English version. This is the part where the translators become important. Each of the translators get a notification of the newsletter and they have exactly one week's time to translate the texts into their own language. They may only save ready texts. They save it, and it's ready to go.

3. When the deadline counter is at zero, the newsletters are sent automatically, no matter how many languages it got ready. Each user of the site gets it in his/her own language (when possible).

4. The first newsletter should be received by every single user of the site: those members who registered but don't pay attention to the site or maybe forgot about it will be reminded about it.

THIS is an example how it would look like.

I thought this would be like, a proper newsletter, not just about updates, as people can read the updates anyway.

I thought it'd have like little storys about whats been going on, like how Ropa used to do the comics and stuff lol, those were cool

Komo, similar things could also be included, of course.

The main point of the regular Newsletters would be to inform people about updates and news at every end of the Classic League seasons. Nevertheless, it should also include Playoff participation information and maybe statistics of the Leagues, Cups, whatever feels right at the time.

What's the difference between this and TUS' main page?
Seems like a news page (at least on the example you've shown)

Or does this newsletter of sorts also report on new things all around like playoff results, cup results, personal projects and such (in your view, that is)?

Yes D1, it also reports on that such things. Also, it's an email the users would receive, that would hopefully increase the activity even more.

Also, we could give some credit to the Playoff winners, put some attention to PO games, or like NaiL's idea, in which TUS would gather some awesome replays, those could also be included and some new parts would be a lot more active.
