Title: How to use the content downloader?

I've downloaded the W:A Content Downloader but it wont download straight to my directory, im using opera gx. What's the problem?

Unfortunately the author of the app is inactive. What folder doe the app downloads to?

It downloads to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Worms Armageddon
