Yea so my new antivirus just thought wa.exe was a trojan and deleted it or something. I can't play, I cant reinstall. What do I do?

1st of all unnistall this shit anti-virus , reinstall WA and put a decent anti-virus like Kaspersky.

anti virus settings -> exceptions -> add worms armageddon folder

wormsarmageddon.exe seems like a totally innocent file :D
Isn't there some kind of quarantine/deleted list in your anti-virus program? Maybe you can pull wa.exe off of it to enable a reinstall.

I can't do anything because I don't handle and use this antivirus. You should report the instaler and WA exe files to the forum I linked at the previous page. After checking the false positive, the antivirus vendor should delete it from the virus base, and u will just need to update your virus base.

You expect so much help but give so small information on your problem. If you just uninstalled w:a and didn't reboot your computer, check if setup.exe is still running in the task manager thing, you will get that by right clicking on your task bar and choosing task-manager from the menu list. If setup.exe is running, click on it and select "stop process" or "end process" or something like that and then try again to install w:a. If it's not running, reboot your comp and try installing w:a again. If that doesn't work post some further infos about your pc, what Windows version ur using and so.

try recovering ur system to a time before that happened.

Dude, the Setup.exe never worked, use Install.exe in another folder.
After installing download this patch (http://wa.team17.com/main.html?page=supp&area=patc) first, and then the latest W:A update (https://www.tus-wa.com/files/file-42/) (if you don't want a WormKit version, you don't need the first patch; that's because my installer doesn't support 3.0 patch downloading).

Man u dont need any antivirus program! And if u really want 1 get a free program, like Avast Antivirus like shasper said. If u stay away from filthy porn sites then ull be fine. Oh wait, maybe u should get a decent one! :D haha, horndog!

I use free version of AVG antivirus and it serves me just fine.
Hint: U pr0n dot com is a trusted site, no viruses there and it's free ;D

All the sites I looked at that reviewed antivirus said that bitdefender was the best. But I bitched at them an got my money back!

sorry m8 but it seems to be a hardware issue. not really the program, u pc seems jst be to busy with game + installing updates xD

anyway it's weird that avg updates even if i disable automatically updates...
